Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 litre milk
  2. 2 tsp lemon juice
  3. 1/2 cup mango puree
  4. 2 tbsp condensed milk
  5. 2 ripe mangoes
  6. 7-8 cloves

Instructions

  1. Boil milk in saucepan. Now add lemon juice. Stir well and boil it for 5 min until milk curdles completely. Sieve mixture
  2. Wash chenna with cold water and drain excess water
  3. Add chenna,milkmaid and mango puree in saucepan. Mix well. Cook it for 10 min stirring constantly. Cool the mixture completely
  4. Cut Mango into thin slices
  5. Make small balls of chenna mixture and place it on mango slices. Gently roll slices. Seal it with clove. Serve
