ABOUT Cheesy Sago Balls RECIPE

In this recipe, I have simply stuffed sago ball with cheese. This makes these balls super soft from the inside and super crispy from the outside.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled Potatoes 2
  2. Sago of small size 1 cup
  3. Carrot 1/2 grated
  4. Cheese 2 cubes
  5. Green Chili chopped 1
  6. Salt 1/2 tsp
  7. Amchur powder 1 tsp
  8. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Cornflour 2 tbsp
  10. Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Soak sago for one hour, strain it well.
  2. Mash potatoes in a bowl. Add sago and remaining ingredients except oil and mix well.
  3. Make small balls of dough.Flatten the balls, fill them with little grated cheese. Seal balls completely
  4. Heat oil in a wok . Deep fry the balls over high heat until golden brown
  5. Serve hot with chutney .
