ABOUT Mango coconut ladoo RECIPE

Easy mango coconut ladoo that can be eaten as snack, dessert and on fasts too.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mango pulp - 135 gms
  2. Sugar - 50 gms
  3. Dessicated Coconut - 30 gms+10 gms
  4. Ghee - 1 tspn
  5. Elaichi powder - 1/2 tspn

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in thick bottom pan. (Use 30 gms of dessicated Coconut)
  2. Switch on the gas and keep the pan on it.
  3. Start cooking the mixture on low to medium flame.
  4. After sugar get melts check for the sweetness of mixture . If it is less then add sugar accordingly at this point.
  5. Cook the mixture till it becomes thick and starts leaving pan.
  6. Cool, make ladoo from the mixture and coat with remaining dessicated coconut.
  7. *Grease your palms with little ghee if it's difficult to roll ladoos.
  8. *Can add crushed dry fruits for crunchiness.
