Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Corn Cobs 2
  2. Chat masala 1/2 tsp
  3. Mint powder 1 tsp
  4. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  5. Oil 1 tsp
  6. Salt 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take sufficient water in a cooker and boil one cob with 1 tsp of oil and salt each.After 2 or 3 whistles switch off the gas and let the cooker gas settle down.Open the cooker lid and take out the cob.
  2. Roast another cob on gas fire or coal fire.
  3. Apply salt,mint powder,chat masala and lime juice on both the cobs.
  4. Corn cobs are ready to munch.
