Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rolled oats 1 cup
  2. Nuts 1 cup
  3. Raisins 1 tsp
  4. Jaggery+ sugar 1 cup
  5. Water 2 cups
  6. Dessicated coconut 1/2 cup
  7. Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Elaichi powder 1 /2 tsp
  9. Milk powder 1/2 cup
  10. Ghee 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Roast oats on slow fire in a heavy bottomed pan till good aroma starts coming.
  2. Cool and grind the oats to powder in a blender.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp add ghee and roast all nuts.
  4. In another pan take jaggery and sugar .Add water.Make one string chashni.
  5. Add elaichi and cinammon powder.
  6. Now is the time to add oats powder,coconut powder,milk powder,nuts and raisins
  7. Stir in the ghee .Switch off the gas.Divide the portions into equal balls and make laddoos with hands.
  8. Garnish and serve
