Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 boiled potatoes
  2. one cup leftover rice
  3. half tsp ginger chilli paste
  4. half tsp red chilli powder
  5. salt as per taste
  6. Pinch of turmeric powder
  7. 1/4 tsp amchoor powder
  8. oil for fry

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add boiled potatoes and rice.
  2. then add Ginger Chilli paste, red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powderand amchoor powder.
  3. Knead a gough.
  4. divide the dough into small parts and make the tikkies.
  5. fry in hot oil
  6. serve hot.
