Ingredients to make Left over rice cutlet

  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • one cup leftover rice
  • half tsp ginger chilli paste
  • half tsp red chilli powder
  • salt as per taste
  • Pinch of turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp amchoor powder
  • oil for fry

How to make Left over rice cutlet

  1. In a mixing bowl add boiled potatoes and rice.
  2. then add Ginger Chilli paste, red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powderand amchoor powder.
  3. Knead a gough.
  4. divide the dough into small parts and make the tikkies.
  5. fry in hot oil
  6. serve hot.
