Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Black chana 2 cup
  2. Sliced onions 3
  3. coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  4. Dill leaves 1/2 bunch
  5. Green chilly 6 to 8
  6. garlic 6
  7. salt to taste
  8. oil 2 tbsp
  9. turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  10. water 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Soak chana for8 hours.
  2. Drain it and keep aside
  3. In a pressure cooker add soaked chana, all ingredients, salt and oil.
  4. Ad 1 cup of water and cook till 4 to5 pressure.
  5. When done open the lid and if you see moisture in it then switch on the gas and let it dry.
  6. Serve hot
