How to make Aamras

1. 1. Squeeze the mango and take out the pulp of it with your hands.
   
2. 2. Add sugar and mix with hand blender.
3. 3. Add a pinch of salt and 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder.
4. 4. Garnish it with sliced mango and keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.
   
5. 5. Chilled Aamras is ready to serve.
