Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup flour
  2. 1 teaspoon sugar
  3. 1 teaspoon yeast
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. one teaspoon oil
  6. butter for greasing
  7. 6 peppercorns

Instructions

  1. Add yeast in lukewarm water
  2. Add sugar
  3. leave it for 15 minute to activate yeast
  4. take flour and salt in a bowl
  5. make a well and add yeast
  6. Take required water and make dough
  7. Knead it for 10 minutes
  8. add some oil and cover with cling
  9. keep at warm place till double
  10. preheat oven
  11. take dry flour and roll down dough in big round
  12. cut in small rounds with a cutter
  13. one piece and fold from middle
  14. Take a knife and make a long cut
  15. Make 2 more cuts in same gap
  16. Take upper cut on upside and shape neck
  17. Our duck is ready
  18. Prepare all and use pepper to make eyes
  19. Cover and keep again for 20 min.
  20. Bake at 180 degree for 15 min.
  21. Serve hot with soup
