Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 3 glass rice
  2. 1/2 glass urad daal
  3. 1/2 glass moong dal
  4. 5 spoons Red chilly
  5. 5-6 no. Garlic
  6. 1 inch ginger
  7. 4 spoons Tomato sauce
  8. 2 spoons Red Chilly sauce
  9. As per taste Vinegar
  10. oil
  11. Salt
  12. Cumin seeds

Instructions

  1. Soak Rice & Dal's for 6hours
  2. Drain out the water & put it in a mixer and make a paste.
  3. Empty out in a deep jar. Put some salt and Spoon full of curd and mix it. Kept it for night to risen up.
  4. Add water as per need mix it and spread it on flat bottom pan (Tava)
  5. Spread potato veggies then spread kolhapuri chutni on it and fold it & cut it down in a pieces
  6. Kolhapuri Chutney...... Put Red chilly, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds in a jar & Make a smooth mixture. Empty it out in a Bowl add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, salt & 2-3 Spoon oil mix well.
