Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups Poha
  2. 1/2 cup chopped dry coconut
  3. 1/2 cup cashew
  4. 1/2 cup raisin
  5. 1/2 cup peanuts
  6. 5-6 Curry Leaves
  7. 2 chopped green chilli
  8. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tsp chat masala
  10. 1/2 tsp powder sugar
  11. Pinch of tsp citric acid
  12. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  13. Oil for deep fry.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Fry poha and keep aside on a papper.
  3. Than fry peanuts,cashew,raisin,curry leaves,green chilli one by one and add in fried poha.
  4. Than sprinkle all dry spices and sugar and mix well.
