Mango season is about to end. So thought of eating it plenty but in a healthy way. I have tried to have it in natural way. No spreads used . Lemon is used to preserve freshness of fruits.

Mango, moong Sprout, French beans, Walnut, dried Black current, Corn, Pomegranate, Pear , Corn and Freash Coconut Salad Bowl.( A downpour of healthy foods in monsoon.

Ingredients to make Mango, moong Sprout, French beans, Walnut, dried Black current, Corn, Pomegranate, Pear , Corn and Freash Coconut Salad Bowl.( A downpour of healthy foods in monsoon.

  • mango chopped 1 bowl.
  • Moong sprouts. 1 bowl.
  • French beans chopped fine 1/2 bowl.
  • pomegranate seeds of 1 pomegranate.
  • Black current ( dried) 1/ 4 bowl.
  • Walnut kernals of 4 walnuts.
  • Pear peeled and chopped 1.
  • Sweet corn boiled .
  • coconut flakes of fresh coconut 1 bowl.
  • butter 1 tsp
  • lemon juice of 1 lemon.
  • Low sodium salt 1/2 tsp.
  • pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cajun Dpice seasoning. 1 tsp
  • mint leaves washed and tore fine with hands 2 tsp.

How to make Mango, moong Sprout, French beans, Walnut, dried Black current, Corn, Pomegranate, Pear , Corn and Freash Coconut Salad Bowl.( A downpour of healthy foods in monsoon.

  1. Take half tsp butter and stir fry Sprouts. Add salt and pepper.
  2. Saute on medium high for a minute. Take out in a bowl , add a pinch of Cajun spice mix.
  3. In the same pan saute French beans in 1/2 tspbutter. Do not cover. Sprinkle little water if needed .
  4. Spread lemon juice on fruits to preserve.
  5. Now make everything ready to assemble ( mix) your salad bowl.
  6. Add salt and Cajun spice seasoning to corn and over fruits too.
  7. Mix everything in a bowl taking care not to over mix as we are using chopped Ripe mangoes.
  8. Garnish with mint leaves.
  9. And here is Your Promising Healthy Salad bowl.
  10. It looks Delicious and tastes Yummy.
