Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup oats
  2. 1/2 chopped cabbage
  3. 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  4. 1/2 cuo chopped capsicum
  5. 1/2 cup boiled corn
  6. 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
  7. 1 tsp oil
  8. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  9. half tsp mustard seeds
  10. Pinch of esafoetida
  11. Pinch of turmeric powder
  12. Salt as pe taste
  13. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  14. 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.
  2. Add oats and roast for 5 minutes.
  3. Add all veggies and roast for 2 minutes.
  4. Add 2 cups of water and all dry spices.
  5. Cook completely.
  6. Garnish with green coriander and serve hot.
