Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 chopped potatoes
  2. one cauliflower chopped
  3. 4 tomatoes chopped
  4. 1 tsp ginger chilli paste
  5. 1 onion chopped
  6. 1 grated beet
  7. 1 chopped carrot
  8. 1 cup chopped cabbage
  9. 1 cup chopped green coriander
  10. 1 tbsp oil
  11. 1 tbsp butter
  12. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  13. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  14. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  15. half tsp mustard seeds
  16. Pinch of esafoetida
  17. 1 tsp paav bhaji masala
  18. 1 tsp dry mango powder
  19. Salt as per taste
  20. 6 paav

Instructions

  1. Boil all chopped veggies excepttomatoes and beet and keep aside.
  2. Heat 1 tsp oil and 1 tbsp butter in a pan.
  3. Add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,esafoetida,turmeric powder and ginger chilli paste.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and grated beet and cook completely.
  5. Than add all boiled veggies and all dry spices in it.
  6. Mix well and mash with paav bhaji masher.
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  8. Now heat a tawa and grease with butter.
  9. Cut paav with helt of knife and place on hot tawa.
  10. Roast for 2 minutes from both side.
  11. Serve with hot bhaji and chhoped onion.

Recepie is good but few things are not correct. Salt & water are not mentioned in ingredients list. If really wants to taste then Pav bhaji masala quantity should be atleast 5 tbsp.
