Doodh dulari recipe combining the best from East West ,this decadent dessert brings together .Doodh dulari recipe is made using mango custard with vermicelli ,lots of fruit jellies ,mango fruit chunks ,condensed milk , fresh cream and gulab jamuns , rabri ,chopped dry fruits .This gives sweet and tangy both taste to your buds .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 table spoon mango custard
  2. 1/2 cup vermicelli
  3. 1/2litre milk
  4. 1 /2 cup sugar
  5. 1 cup gulab jamun
  6. 1pack fruit jelly
  7. 1 cup chopped dryfuits
  8. 1/2cup condensed milk
  9. 1 cup fresh cream
  10. 1 cup rabri
  11. 1 can fruits
  12. 1 cup chopped mango

Instructions

  1. Boil milk in a pan ,add sugar cook till sugar dissolve.
  2. Add half cup milk and custard powder together.
  3. Add custard mixture to the boiling milk
  4. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes at medium low flame ,keep stirring.
  5. It should be as thick as milk shake .
  6. Keep aside for cooling.
  7. Make jelly as instructed on pack.
  8. Cut into small pieces .
  9. Boil 2 cup water in a pan add vermicelli in it .Cook for 5 minutes .
  10. Keep aside with lid for 5 minutes.
  11. Strain and keep aside for cooling .
  12. Cut gulab jamuns into four or two pieces .
  13. Assembling
  14. Place custard in a big bowl add condensed milk and fresh cream in it .
  15. Add jelly pieces.
  16. Add chopped gulab jamun
  17. Add rabri
  18. Add chopped dry fruits like almonds ,pistachio , raisins.
  19. Add canned fruits cocktail
  20. Add cherry
  21. Add fresh chopped mango
  22. Refrigerate for at least 4 to 6 hours before serving .
  23. Serve chilled.
