Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Black gram 1/4 gram
  2. Cumin 1/2 spoon
  3. Coriander 1/2 spoon
  4. Black pepper 10 piece
  5. Salt according to taste
  6. Green chilli 5
  7. Turmeric 1/2 spoon
  8. Green coriander
  9. Onion 1
  10. Garlic cloves 4
  11. Ginger 2 pieces
  12. Oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Take a black gram and soak it overnight. Wash it and put it along with green chilli, garlic cloves, cumins, coriander, ginger and black pepper in grinder and grinder it. Put it in a bowl and add some more raw black gram cut onion into piece and add in it then add salt,turmeric, green chilli, greencoriander and mix it. Put oil in a pan and fry it.
