Makhane ki kheer with mango and ruafza

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Makhana 50 gram
  2. Full cream milk 1/2 litre
  3. Mango 1
  4. Sugar 1 spoon
  5. Elaichi powder 1/4 spoon
  6. Almond 10
  7. Ruafza 1 spoon

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk until it become half of it. Then fry makhana in deshi ghee and add it in boiling milk. Add sugar,elaichi powder and almond in it. Cook it until it look like cream and keep it for cool. Cut the half mango and make puree and another half into piece. Mix the mango puree in kheer. Serve it with mango and ruefza.
