Chicken 1/2kg
Red Chilli powder 3 tablespoons
Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
Turmeric 1/4 tablespoon
Salt 1 tablespoon
Soya Sauce 1 1/2 tablespoon
Ghee 1 tablespoon
Coconut oil 2tablespoon
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a frying pan
Marinate for 2 to 3 hours
Keep the frying pan in d stove which contains all ingredients in a low flame for half an hour without adding anything and close the lid tightly without letting the air out for 30 minutes
After keeping the in the low now keep it in high flame for another 5 to 10mins until it becomes dry. Once it is completely dry it's ready to serve
