Ingredients to make Pakoda

  • 1 and half cup rice flour
  • Half a cup besan flour
  • Required salt
  • A tsp hing
  • A tbsp chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Some water to make the dpugh

How to make Pakoda

  1. 1 AND HALF CUP RICEFLOUR, HALF CUP BESAN FLOUR,A TBSP RED CHILLIPOWDER, REQUIRED SALT,2 TBSP BUTTER
  2. MIX TOGETHER THE BUTTER, CHILLI POWDER AND A TSP HING INTO A FINE PASTE.
  3. INTO THIS PASTE, ADD THE FLOURS AND MIX THEM WELL
  4. ADD REQUIRED AMOUNT OF WARM WATER LITTLE BY LITTLE AND MAKE A NICE MEDIUM SOFT DOUGH.
  5. THE DOUGH IS NEITHER TOO THICK NOR TOO STICKY.
  6. SELECT THE PAKODA PATTERN AND ARRANGE INTO THE MOULD
  7. TAKE A PORTION OF THE DOUGH AND PRESS INTO THE MOULD.
  8. PRESS THE MOULD INTO THE HOT OIL SO THAT THE PAKODAS GET FALLEM AND FRIED IN MEDIUM HOT OIL.
  9. THEY ARE NICE AND CRISPY.
