Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Pineapple 1 can or 1 whole
  2. Sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Milkmade 1 can
  4. Butter 1/4 to 1/2 cup
  5. All purpose flour 1 cup
  6. Oil 1/2 cup
  7. Baking soda - 1 tbsp
  8. Baking powder 1 pinch
  9. Salt a pinch

Instructions

  1. Whisk oil and sugar together till smooth.
  2. Add softened butter, milk made and 2 tbsp milk. Now add sifted flour.
  3. Add 1 tbsp baking powder and 1 pinch baking soda.
  4. Add a pinch of salt.
  5. Mix all well with cut and fold method.
  6. Make caramel sugar and spread it in the tin lined with butter paper.
  7. Add a few slices of pineapple symmetrically.
  8. Pour the batter over it and bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degree centigrade.
  9. After 45 minutes let it cool and remove from tin.
  10. Pour some pineapple juice over it and serve with tea.
