For Wine Jelly :
Red wine (Any Brand, I used Sula) - 200 ml
sugar - 20 gms
Gelatin - 4 leaves or 2 tsp powder
For cream Cheese topping:
cream cheese - 50 gms
sugar - 10 gms
Instructions
For the Wine Jelly:
Bloom the gelatin: Put the gelatin leaves into ice cold water till it becomes soft or In case of gelatin powder, put the water into the powder, just enough to cover it and then heat the mixture till the gelatin powder has completely dissolved.
Heat the red wine. Add the sugar to it.
Put bloomed/melted gelatin to the hot wine and mix till it dissolves. Pour the mixture into the wine glass.
Add some cherries to it. Place it in the refrigerator for 3 hours for setting.
For the Cream cheese topping :
Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together till thoroughly mixed.
Put a layer of cream cheese on the wine jelly. Make sure the wine jelly is completely set before putting the layer.
Decorate with cherries. Serve chilled.
