ABOUT Coconut Macaroons RECIPE

An easy recipe done with few ingredients.They are crispy,chewy and delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 2 1/2 cup desiccated coconut.
  2. 1/4 cup all purpose flour.
  3. 1 Egg white.
  4. Pinch salt.
  5. 1/4 cup + 3 tbsp condensed milk.
  6. 1 1/4 tesp vanilla essence.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 180℃ for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat egg white to stiff peak.
  3. Add condensed milk and mix well.
  4. Fold in the all purpose flour,salt,vanilla and desiccated coconut.
  5. Scoop on lined baking sheet 2" apart.
  6. Bake at 170℃ for 20 minutes.
  7. Rotate the tray after 10 minutes ,bake till golden brown.
  8. Remove and after few minutes place on a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Crispy, chewy coconut macaroons are ready to munch.
