Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg Lamb cut into cubes with bones
  2. 1/2 tsp turmeric,
  3. 1 tsp Salt
  4. 1/2 Cup of Water
  5. That is to pressure cook the lamb
  6. To saut
  7. 4 tbsps olive oil
  8. 2 tsp chill powder
  9. To garnish fresh coriander sprigs

Instructions

  1. Wash the lamb pieces, add them in a pressure cooker and let them saut n brown till all the water evaporates,now add a tsp of salt and 1/2 a tsp of turmeric, 1/2 cup of water and pressure cook the lamb till it's tender.
  2. Depends on how many whistles it takes for the meat to cook in your cooker. Wait for the pressure to cool down open the cooker n dry out the remaining water.
  3. Heat a pan with 4 tbsp of olive oil, add the lamb pieces, saut till golden in colour ,add red chilli powder to taste, I used 2 tsps n it was really spicy.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander sprigs.
