Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Minced mutton 250grams.
  2. Green peas 1cup.
  3. Oil 150ml.
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1table spoon.
  5. Red chilly powder 1table spoon.
  6. Turmeric powder1/4tea spoon.
  7. Coriander powder 2table spoon .
  8. Garam masala powder 1tea spoon.
  9. Pepper corn 8-10 nos.
  10. Green cardemom 2nos.
  11. Black cardemom 1no.
  12. Cumin seeds 1tea spoon.
  13. Cloves 4nos.
  14. Cinnamon stick.1"piece.
  15. Bay leaves 2nos.
  16. Onion sliced 1cup.
  17. Chopped tomatoes 1/2cup.
  18. Chopped coriander leaves 1/2cup.
  19. Chopped green chillies 2nos.
  20. Salt to taste.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan .add all whole garam masala.add sliced onion and fry to golden.
  2. Add minced mutton (qeema). Stir well ,cookon medium flame till water dries.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and all powdered spices.stir.
  4. Cookon medium flame till oil separates from edges.
  5. Add tomato ,stire and add 2cups of water.boil.
  6. Add salt and reduce the flame to low .cover and cook for 5_6 minutes .
  7. Add grean peas cover and furthet cook for 6_8minutes or till peas ate soft.
  8. Dry water if any.add gatam masala powder .stir well .coo
