Vegetable cutlet is an easy and simple snack to prepare. It includes most of the vegetables like the potato, carrots, beans, peas and spices etc. You can also add corns to have a healthier dish.
Very good recipe . Just one thing, after frying a few bread rolls I had to change the oil as it started showing burnt bread crumbs in it ,which were getting stuck to the new bread rolls ..
