ABOUT Avocado and lemon tart RECIPE

This unusual tart uses avocados, and even has a fig crust!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Avocado 1
  2. Almond milk 1 tablespoon
  3. Lemon 1/2 juiced
  4. Dried figs 15

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add avocado, almond milk and lemon. Blend and set aside.
  2. Add very little water and blend figs. Divide this into two ramekins.
  3. Top it with blended avocado mixture. Leave these ramekins in freezer for 1 hour. Serve chilled.
