Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk - 3/4 cup
  2. Caster sugar - 3 tbsp
  3. Heavy cream - 3/4 cup
  4. salt - a pinch
  5. Vanilla extract - 1/4 tsp
  6. Gelatin - 1/2 tbsp


  1. In a heavy bottom pan take cold milk and sprinkle gelatin over it.
  2. Switch on the flame and keep mixing the gelatin.
  3. Once gelatin is mixed properly add sugar and mix it. Don't over boil the milk.
  4. Switch off the flame add salt, vanilla extract and heavy cream.
  5. Now blend it and pour it into ramekins.
  6. Refrigerate it for 4-5 hours or overnight.
  7. To demould from ramekins immerse in hot water for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Top it with blackcurrant compote or any other falavour of ur choice.
