  • full fat cream milk 500 ml
  • sugar according to your taste
  • cardamom 4
  • one egg white
  • 50 grams Amul milk pwdr
  • some chopped dry fruits(optional)

How to make Egg Rasmalai

  1. HALF LTR FULL FAT MILK,SUGAR HALF CUP,1 EGG WHITE,AMUL PWDR 50 CM,4 CARDAMOMS
  2. BOILED MILK IN A PAN
  3. REDUCE MILK IN HALF QUANTITY ,THEN ADD SUGAR ACCORDING TO UR TASTE
  4. THANK ADD CRUSHED CARDAMOM & MIX WELL
  5. IN ANOTHER BOWL TAKE 1 EGG WHITE & AMUL PWDR &MIX WELL
  6. MAKE A MIXTURE ,THEN MAKE SMALL SIZE OF BALL
  7. WHEN ALL EGG ,AMUL MIXTURE BALL ARE DONE,THEN PUT IT INTO BOILED MILK
  8. COOK FOR FEW MINUTES, WHEN IT'S PROPERLY COOK IT'S INCREASE THE SIZE IN DOUBLE
  9. NOW IT'S PROPERLY COOKED,MILK CONSISTENCY IS THICKENED, EGG BALL'S COOKED,NOW IT'S DONE SWITCH OFF THE FLAME,
  10. REFRIGERATED FOR HALF AN HOUR WHEN IT'S COOL DOWN ADD SOME DRY FRUITS & SERVE CHILLED.
