Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 20 baby potatoes
  2. Half cup curd
  3. 4 onions diced
  4. 6 tomatoes diced
  5. 6 cloves of garlic
  6. 1 inch of ginger
  7. 5 black pepper
  8. 4 cloves
  9. 1 each black and green cardomaom
  10. Garam masala required
  11. Powder dhaniya
  12. 1 cup fresh malai
  13. Fresh coriender
  14. Oil for frying and for saute
  15. Salt as per requirements
  16. Red chilly (as required)
  17. Turmeric powder

Instructions

  1. 1.Peel the potatoes and soak in salt water for 10 mins.
  2. 2.Take a bowl add curd salt red chilly and garam Masala add potatoes in it and marinate for 20mins.
  3. 3.Heat oil till smoky dried baby potatoes till golden soft. Take out tissue paper
  4. 4.Take a wok add oil garlic,ginger and whole species saute for 2 mins add chopped tomato and onion also little salt and cover them. Until it become soft and mashable.keep it aside let it be cool
  5. 5.Take a blender .blend this mixture till it become puree.
  6. 6.In a same wok add little oil add this puree till it leaves oil add all species and fresh cream after 2-3mins add potatoes add little water cover and cook for 2 mins and serve hot.
  7. Add coriender leaves and serve.
