Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milk 1/2 cup
  2. Sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Maida 3/4 cup
  4. Baking powder 1/2tsp
  5. Baking soda 1/8 tsp
  6. Coco powder 1 1/2 tbs
  7. Coffee powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Vanilla essences 1/2 tsp
  9. Lemmon juice 1/2 tsp
  10. Sunflower oil 1 1/2 tbs
  11. For mango cream:
  12. Vanilla custard 1/2 cup
  13. Whipped cream 1 cup
  14. Fresh mango juice 1/2 cup
  15. For truffle:
  16. Chocolate truffle 1 cup


  1. Sieve maida, baking powder, baking soda 3 times.
  2. Add sugar, coffee powder in milk. Mix until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Add flour mixture in milk mixture, add vanilla essences and whisk well.
  4. Add oil and whisk again.
  5. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  6. Pour in a greased baking tin, lined with butter paper.
  7. Micro wave at higher power for 5 minutes. Give 5 minutes standing time. Cool it down then cut in the middle.
  8. Add vanilla custard, mango pulp and 1/2 cup whipped cream. Stuffed in between the two layers of cake.
  9. Cover the cake with chocolate truffle.
  10. Add 1/4 cup truffle in 1/2 cup whipped cream. Pipe on the top of the cake with nozzle of your choice.
  11. Serve with garnish of fresh cut mango pieces.

U hv used mango pulp or juice U hv mentioned juice in ingredients but pulp in steps
