Ingredients to make RASABALI

  • milk half ltr
  • sugar according to your test
  • cardamom 4
  • cottage cheese 1 cup
  • 1 teaspoon semolina
  • one teaspoon all purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • ghee for frying

How to make RASABALI

  1. HALF LTR FULL FAT MILK,SUGAR HALF CUP,CARDAMOM 4,BAKING SODA 1/4 TSP,SEMOLINA(SOOJI)1 TSP,ALL PURPOSE FLOUR(MAIDA)1 TSP,SUGAR PWDR 1 TSP,COTTAGE CHEESE 1CUP
  2. BOILED MILK IN A HEAVY BOTTOM PAN,
  3. PUT ALL DRY INGREDIENTS IN A MIXING BOWL EXCEPT SUGAR&CARDAMOM
  4. MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER UNTIL SMOOTH,
  5. NOW TAKE SOME MIXTURE IN YOUR PALM &MAKE A BALL,THEN FLATTEN IT LIKE TIKI SHAPES
  6. HEAT GHEE IN A FRYING PAN, AND FRY ALL THE PREPARED CHEESE TIKI'S
  7. FRY ALL THE TIKI'S,TILL CHANGING COLOUR IN TO BEAUTIFUL GOLDEN BROWN,
  8. WHEN IT'S DONE,THEN REMOVE FROM HOT GHEE,
  9. WHEN THE MILK IS REDUCE IN HALF QUANTITY ADD SUGAR& CRUSHED CARDAMOM IN IT,&MIX WELL MAKE RABRI
  10. AFTER THAT ADD ALL FRIED CHEESE TIKI'S IN BOILED RABRI,
  11. COOK FOR 2 TO 3 MINS,& IT'S READY,NOW TURN OFF THE FLAME, &COOL DOWN
