ABOUT Tender Coconut Ice Cream RECIPE

Coconut ice cream is really refreshing and tasty.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Malai or flesh of 2 coconuts
  2. Heavy cream 1 cup
  3. Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  4. Coconut milk 1/2 cup
  5. Honey 1 tbsp
  6. Vanilla extract 2 drops

Instructions

  1. In a mixer jar blend coconut flesh and coconut milk.
  2. Add condensed milk .Blend again.
  3. Beat chilled heavy cream till fluffy.
  4. With the help of spatula add cream in coconut mixture.
  5. Add vanilla extract and honey.
  6. Stir only once .Transfer the mixture into an airtight container.
  7. Freeze it for 4 hours.
  8. Take out and stir again.
  9. Freeze it overnight.
