Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Carrots - 1/2 kg
  2. Full fat milk - 1/2 kg
  3. Sugar - 3/4 tbsp
  4. Cardamon powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Cream cheese - 1/2 cup
  6. Heavy cream - 1/2 cup
  7. Powder sugar - 2 tsp
  8. Pistachios flakes - 1 tsp
  9. Pomegranate seeds - 1 tbsp
  10. Muffins mould

Instructions

  1. 1 wash carrots and then grate them. 2 in a heavy bottom pan pour full fat milk and give a boil now add grated carrots. 3 cook until milk totally consumed in carrots add sugar and cook for next 5 mnts. Add cardamon powder and switch off the gas. 4 tale 2 small muffins tin or you can use cup cake silicon moulds too.. Spoon out two to three spoon the gajrela in that ant then press with the another mould to get the shape. And then bake fr 5/7 mnts. 5 in a clean big bowl add cream cheese heavy cream and sugar and beat until it firm's soft peaks. Pour in a piping bag. Fitted with nozzle of your choice. 6 now fill the baked Gajrela cups with cream cheese mixture. 7 decorate with pomegranates seeds and silvered pistachios.
