Chocolate Vanilla pudding

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For Chocolate layer
  2. Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
  3. Sugar - 1/3 cup
  4. Milk - 1/2 cup
  5. Fresh Cream - 1/2 cup
  6. Agar agar - 2.5 g
  7. For vanilla layer
  8. Milk - 1/2 cup
  9. Sugar -1/3 cup
  10. Fresh Cream - 1/2 cup
  11. Vanilla essence - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. PREPARATION OF AGAR AGAR
  2. Take 10 mg of agar agar in a vessel
  3. Add 1/2 cup water to it
  4. Heat in a medium flame
  5. Stir nicely till it melts and comes to a liquid form
  6. FOR VANILLA LAYER
  7. Take one half cup of milk in a vessel
  8. Add half cup of fresh cream
  9. Add 1/3 cup of powdered sugar
  10. Heat them in a low flame and give a nice mix
  11. Add the vanilla essence
  12. Add half of the agar agar to it
  13. Do not boil the mixture
  14. Allow it to cool and put in a cup
  15. Tilt the cup slightly
  16. Refrigerate it for 2 hours
  17. FOR CHOCO LAYER
  18. Take the milk in a vessel
  19. Add the fresh cream
  20. Add 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
  21. Add powdered sugar to it
  22. Heat on a low flame
  23. Add the remaining half of agar agar to it
  24. Take the cups from the refrigerator after 2 hrs
  25. Pour the prepared choco layer to it and put it back in refrigerator for 2 hrs
  26. Garnish with choco chips
  27. Double delight ready to serve
