Heat a kadai with 2 tablespoon of ghee and sauté the coconut with sugar, cardamom powder and crushed almonds and cashews till the sugar melts.
Let it cool down a little then make small ball size
Keep them aside
Now in a mixing bowl take the flour and add 5-6 tablespoon of warm oil and mix well
Add water and make a soft dough. Add more water if required for
Next take a small portion of of it and roll it flat like a Poori. cut the edges and make it square shape
Now fold it taking the corners in the middle
Stuff a laddo in the middle and close it again from the corner
Now turn and open the petal
Now fry them in medium low flame, both the sides till lite golden in colour
Serve them warm or in normal temperature
