Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken
  2. Curd 2 spoon
  3. Garlic 6 clove
  4. Ginger 4 piece
  5. Lemon 1
  6. Salt
  7. Chilli powder 1 spoon
  8. Turmeric powder 1 spoon
  9. Chat masala 1 spoon
  10. Garam masala 1 spoon
  11. Sezhwan chutney 1 spoon
  12. Green chilli 2
  13. Melted butter 5 spoon

Instructions

  1. Take hung curd in a bowl and put all the ingredients in it except butter and green chilli and mix it. Then add chicken and marinate it for 2 hours in refrigerator . Then take out marinated chicken from refrigerator and keep aside . Heat tandoor for 10 minute and keep marinated chicken on it. Turn the chicken other side and brush a butter on it. Cook till it become brown from both sides and serve it.
