Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup All purpose flour
  2. 1/4 cup butter
  3. Pinch salt
  4. 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  5. 1 cup desicated coconut
  6. 1 cup whipped cream
  7. 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  8. 1 small pineapple

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add flour and butter and mix till bread crumbs consistency then combine it till it come togethor then refrigerate it for 10 min. Then roll it out to 1 cm thickness in a tart mould and bake it for 8-10 min at 180.c
  2. For coconut mousse ,In a bowl add whipped cream and powdered sugar and mix it well then add desicated coconut and combine well then refrigerate it till chill.
  3. Take a pan add coconut flakes and toss it till light golden then cool it down ,then put in chopped pineapple and toss it till it get charred.
  4. Fill tart first with chopped grilled pineapple then pour coconut mousse and top it with coconut flakes and grilled pineapple and chill it in refrigerator till set.
