Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Rice 1 cup
  2. Coconut 1/2 bowl
  3. Sugar 4 tbsp
  4. salt 1/4 tsp
  5. Chenna 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Take the rice and soak them in water for 4 hours.
  2. Cut the coconut into small pieces.
  3. After 4 hours grind the rice and coconut and rest.
  4. After 5 hours mix the sugar and salt into it.
  5. Mix the batter very well.
  6. Take a deep Kadhai .
  7. After hitting that put some batter.
  8. Put some Chenna on it.
  9. Cover with a bowl.
  10. Sprinkle some water and oil on it.
  11. After 3-5 min open the bowl.
  12. Now serve this with liquid Jaggery.
