Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chicken keema 1 cup
  2. Two onions made into a paste
  3. White pepper 1 tsp
  4. Ginger powder 1tsp
  5. Garlic powder 1tsp
  6. Mustard powder 1/2tsp
  7. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  8. Lemon juice 2tsp
  9. Bread crumbs 2 tsp
  10. Cornflour 4 tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil 2tsp
  13. Batter: Flour half cup
  14. Egg 1
  15. Bread crumbs one cup
  16. Salt
  17. Pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients needed for nuggets and make soft dough.
  2. Mould into shapes of nuggets,use cookie cutter to shape them.
  3. For the batter, mix egg,flour,salt,pepper. Add water if needed.
  4. Dip the nuggets in the batter. Cover with bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil. Serve hot with tomato sauce :)
