For Coconut Balls
Coconut (grated)- 1 cup
Condensed Milk - as required
For chocolate coating
Cocoa powder - 1/4 Cup
Coconut Oil - 1/4 cup
Powdered sugar - 1/3 cup
Milk powder - 1/3 cup

Instructions

Step 1 : Coconut balls Take 1 cup of grated coconut in a bowl. Add required condensed milk to make a soft dough. Make small balls out of it. Arrange the balls in a plate. Keep it in freezer for 2 hrs.
Step 2: Home made chocolate Boil water in a vessel. Keep a glass bowl over the vessel with boiling water (double boiling method). Add coconut oil in the glass bowl. Add powdered sugar and give a nice mix. Add the milk powder and mix well. Add the cocoa powder and give a nice mix for 5 min. Allow to cool for 2 min. Now glazy homemade chocolate is ready.
Step 3: Coating with chocolate Take the coconut balls from the freezer after 2 hrs. Dip it in the prepared chocolate mixture. Coat nicely. Arrange the coated balls in a tray and freeze for 2 hrs. Now yummy Bounty Bites with home made chocolate is ready.
