Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. chicken 1 kg
  2. onion 4
  3. garlic pod 2
  4. ginger 1
  5. curd
  6. cumin 1 spoon
  7. Bay leaf 2
  8. Chakri phool 1
  9. cinnamon 1
  10. Green cardamom 2
  11. black cardamom 2
  12. Red chilli 4
  13. clove 4
  14. Red chilli powder 3 spoon
  15. Meat masala 3 spoon
  16. turmeric powder 3 spoon
  17. Garam masala 3 spoon
  18. salt as per ur taste
  19. lemon 1
  20. mustard oil 4 big spoon

Instructions

  1. Wash chicken and put in a bowl. Add curd, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chilli powder ,salt, lemon, pepper powder and garam masala. Marinate it for 1/2 an hour's. Take a kadai and keep it on the flame. Add mustard oil in the kadai and heat it. Put all the sabut garam masala in oil. After that add chopped onion and saute it until it become brown, then put ginger garlic paste and all the powder masala except garam masala. Fry all the masala till masala leave the oil. Then add the marinated chicken pieces, stir until they are coated in the spice mix, about 15 minutes. Then put garam masala. Add the water to thin out the mixture for more gravy. Season with salt, stir once and close the lid. Turn the heat to medium. Cook for about 15 minutes, until chicken is tender. Open lid,
