Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. rice 1/2 kg
  2. oil 2 spoon
  3. onions 1
  4. garlic and ginger paste 2 spoon
  5. tomato 1
  6. potato 1
  7. Green peas 1/2 cup
  8. carrot 1
  9. green coriander
  10. salt
  11. Red chilli powder 1 spoon
  12. Garam masala 1 spoon
  13. cumin 1 spoon
  14. Chakri phool 1
  15. cinnamon 1 piece
  16. Bay leaf 1
  17. Green cardamom 2
  18. Black cardamom 1


  1. Wash rice and keep it side. Put a pressure cooker on flame and put oil in it. Add all sabut garam masala, add chopped onion and saute it until it become brown. Then add garlic ginger paste and cook it for 5 minute. Add all vegetables and spices in it. Cook it for 10 minutes, see that all vegetables cook partially and then add rice. Mix all the things properly and put water in it. Close the cooker lid and wait for 2 whistle. Ready to serve.
