Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Oats- 2 tbsp
  2. curd/yogurt-1\2 cup
  3. water- 1 cup
  4. roasted jeera powder- 1\2 tsp + plus top dust
  5. salt- taste
  6. coriander leaves-to garnish

Instructions

  1. Roast the oats in dry pan for few seconds in low flame until fragrant. Be careful not to burn it. Spread on a plate to cool.
  2. Now powder the oats in a mixer. Add water,curd, jeera powder and salt and blend it smooth
  3. Add more water if it seems too thick
  4. Pour in to serving glass top with some jeera powder and coriander leaves. Serve immediately.
