    About Prawns Curry Recipe

    Prawn Curry is a perfect tropical side to savour on a sunny day. Simple delicious and flavorful prawn curry to pair with rice.

    Prawns Curry

    Ingredients to make Prawns Curry

    • 400 gms prawns
    • 1 big onion
    • 1 small tomato
    • 2 tbsp garlic paste
    • 1 tbsp ginger paste
    • 1/4 coconut fresh
    • 1/4 tsp haldi
    • 1 tbsp red chilly pwdr
    • 1 tsp corriander seeds
    • 1/4 tsp jeera
    • salt as required
    • 2-3 tbsp vinegar
    • Small ball of tamrind
    • Few curry leaves & corriander leaves

    How to make Prawns Curry

    1. Grind onion, tomato, coconut, ginger, garlic, salt, red chilly pwdr, turmeric, corriander seeds & imli together.
    2. In a pan heat oil add little jeera, rai, kadi leaves, add the grinded mixture & cook fr 10 min.
    3. Add prawns & little water. Cook fr smtime. Now add coconut milk cook fr few minutes & add white vinegar
    4. Check the seasoning add corriander leaves cook fr smtime & serve hot with rice.
    5. Yellow Rice In pan add oil, jeera, kadi leaves, turmeric, 2-3 tbsp of grinded masala used in prawn curry, salt & rice.
