Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. chicken 250 gram
  2. onion 1
  3. ginger 2 pieces
  4. garlic clove 5
  5. green coriander
  6. oil 1 cup
  7. Bay leaf 1
  8. cinnamon 1
  9. peppercorn 1 spoon
  10. Green chilli 2
  11. Wheat flour 4 cup


  1. Put a cooker on a flame. Put oil in it, add garlic cloves, cinnamon stick, tej patta,peppercorns, ginger and chicken in it. Close the cooker with lid till it's completely cooke. Upon cooling, shred it roughly. Now,add chat masala chopped onion, green coriander,Green chilli in it. Now make the paratha dough. Break the dough into balls and shape them into the size of small oranges. Fill each ball with 3 teaspoons of the mixture. Take care that the filling doesn't spill out.Now, put this stuffed ball on the chakla and roll it like a regular paratha.Heat a tawa on medium heat. Put a tsp of oil on it and when it sizzles, put the paratha. Cook on each side for about 2 minutes, till the colour changes to a rich, golden brown. Serve with butter on top or with dahi.
