About Baked Mango Yogurt Recipe

Its a bong dessert made with fresh mango and curd.

Baked Mango Yogurt

Ingredients to make Baked Mango Yogurt

  • Ripe sweet mango 2
  • Thick curd 400 gms
  • Nestle milkmaid 400 gms
  • sugar 2 tablespoon
  • saffron few strands
  • mint leaves for decoration

How to make Baked Mango Yogurt

  1. Preheat the oven at 100 degree C for 10 minutes.
  2. Peel the mangoes, cut into cubes and make a smooth puree.
  3. Blend the thick curd, sugar and milkmaid in a blender.
  4. Add the mango puree in the same blender and again blend till it is of a smooth consistency or for few seconds.
  5. Pour the mixture in a baking dish, sprinkle some saffron strands and bake for 10 minutes or bake until it sets.
  6. Bring the dish out and let it cool down.
  7. Now refrigerate it for 4-5 hours.
  8. Serve chill with some mint leaves.

My Tip:

If u don't like saffron you can sprinkle some mango cubes.
