ABOUT Smoky Rajma RECIPE

This is delicious rajma curry for all season. It taste amazing with roti or rice.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rajma 4 cup
  2. Tomato 2
  3. Onion 1
  4. Ginger 4 piece
  5. garlic pod 1
  6. Coriander powder 1 spoon
  7. Cumin powder 1 spoon
  8. Garam masala 2 spoon
  9. Green cardamom 2
  10. black cardamom 2
  11. Bay leaf 1
  12. Clove 4
  13. Chakri phool 1
  14. Cinnamon 1
  15. Coal for smoke
  16. Ghee 1 spoon
  17. Red Chilli 2
  18. Oil 4 spoon
  19. Turmeric 2 spoon
  20. Salt as per ur taste

Instructions

  1. Soak rajma overnight. 2. Drain and add it to pressure cooker. 3. Cover with water. Pressure cook for 3 to 4 whistle, low flame for 10 mins. 4. Take onions, tomatoes ,garlic and ginger in a blender and blend it . Puree till smooth. 5. Heat oil in a kadai. Add whole spices and let them sizzle. Add in puree masala and mix well. 6. Cook that for few mins and add in spice powders, salt and mix well. 7. Add in cooked rajma with water and mix well. low for 10 to 15 mins till oil separates. 8. Put a rajma in bowl. Take one small glass bowland keep in between rajma. 8. Put a burn coal in glass bowl. 9. On that coal put 1 spoon ghee and close whole rajma with another big glass bowl so that all fumes remain in that. Ready to serve. 10.Serve with rice.
