ABOUT Spicy Chicken egg roll RECIPE

It is a yummy and delicious street food that will be loved by both kids and youngsters.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Boneless Chicken 500 gm
  2. Tomato ketchup 2 tbs
  3. Schezwan sauce 1 cup
  4. Red chilli sauce 1 cup
  5. Black paper powder 3 tbs
  6. Corn flour 1tbs
  7. Butter 2 cup
  8. Corn flour slurry 1 cup
  9. Ginger garlic paste 2 tbs
  10. Chopped onion 5
  11. Egg 7
  12. For dough.
  13. Maida 2 cup
  14. Oil 1 tbs
  15. Baking powder/baking soda 1/2 tbs
  16. Water as per required
  17. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Firstly prepared dough combine all the thing and make soft dough
  2. Rest the dough for 15 minute
  3. In a pan add some butter then add washed chicken pieces make sure that pieces are to small
  4. Then add salt black paper powder corn flour and 1 egg mixs it well and cook it till the chicken cook completly
  5. In another pan add butter add ginger garlic paste chopped onion .
  6. After 2 minute add shejwan sauce red chilli sauce tomato ketchup black paper powder and salt cook it 5 minute
  7. Now add cooked chicken and mixs it well cook it for 2 minute then turn off the flame and keep it aside
  8. Now get a daugh a make a very thin chapati
  9. Heat a non stick pan and roast a chapati from oneside
  10. Now remove chapati from pan and put the egg on it and remain egg at pan and put the chapati from roaster area on egg
  11. Then put the batter on chapati make a roll and put some oil and roast it from both side using a spatula and serve with tomato ketchup
