ABOUT Easy Peasy Strawberry Jelly with Mango Mousse RECIPE

A must try combination of strawberry and mango. Served in individual glasses and can be easily whipped up if you want a special dessert or for some unexpected guests. It is light, creamy and fabulous in colour and aroma of strawberry with mango.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Strawberry Jelly
  2. Ready pack of jelly (i used blue bird)
  3. Mango Mousse
  4. Whipped cream 1/2 cup
  5. Mango Pulp 1 1/2 cup
  6. Vanilla Essence 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Prepare jelly according to instructions on pack.
  2. Pour jelly into serving glasses and let it set at room temperature.
  3. Meanwhile prepare the mousse.
  4. Whip the cream till soft peaks are formed.
  5. Add vanilla essence and whip again for 2 minutes.
  6. Add mango pulp and gently fold the cream and pulp.
  7. Keep in refrigerator for sometime to chill.
  8. Pour the mousse over the strawberry jelly in serving glasses.
  9. Your special dessert is ready.
  10. Chill till you serve and enjoy.
