TOUM (Arabian garlic sause)

Ingredients to make TOUM (Arabian garlic sause)

  • garlic half cup
  • oil half cup
  • salt 1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice 1/2 tsp

How to make TOUM (Arabian garlic sause)

  1. OIL 1/2 CUP, GARLIC 1/2 CUP, SALT 1/4 SPOON, LEMON JUICE 1 SPOON
  2. TAKE A SMALL JAR ADD GARLIC AND GRIND IN TO PASTE
  3. NOW ADD LEMON JUICE AND SALT
  4. GRIND THEM IN TO PASTE
  5. ADD OIL LITTLE BY LITTLE AND GRIND TILL U GET FLUFFY CONSISTENCY
  6. GRIND IT ND REPETE THE PROCESS
  7. ARABIAN GARLIC SAUSE READY
  8. PERFECT CONSISTENCY
